Fiji Consumers will have to fork our more from their budget as the petrol prices has been increased by almost 5 cents.COMMERCE Commission chairman Dr Mahendra Reddy has announced a change in fuel, gas and steel prices.Consumers can expect an increase in motor spirit by five cents now costing $2.58 per litre.
Premix will now cost $2.54 per litre an increase by seven cents.There is no change in the price of kerosene and diesel has seen a decrease of two cents per litre.These prices will come into effect on Tuesday.

BP has cut the price of petrol another two cents a litre, passing on savings from a hot New Zealand dollar and a further-easing in the cost of refined petroleum product. The cut marks the third time in just over a week that BP has cut prices, although prices have been under pressure since late February.
